Nestora
$24Flutter Real Estate UI Kit
4 apps in this collection, each with full Flutter source.
Property apps split by who is on the other side of the screen: someone searching for a place, a tenant already living in one, or a member booking a desk or a parking bay for the day. Nestora covers the search. People browse listings or a map with price pins, open a listing with its photo gallery, beds, baths, floor area and listing agent, then book a viewing in person or by video and follow its status afterwards. It ships with mock services, so your own listings API goes in behind them.
Lettora is built for one landlord or small property owner. Each tenant reads a rent book with one ruled line per month and a running balance down the margin, reports a repair with photos and follows it until it is fixed, and sees pinned building notices. Rent is paid the way tenants already pay, and the landlord records it in the included Laravel admin.
Perchora gives a single coworking space its own member app: desks picked on a floor plan, meeting rooms drawn as door panels that list their free gaps, and a badge where only checking in at the door uses a day. Spotora does the same for one parking garage, with free bays shown level by level and a tariff ladder that sets duration and price together. Both come with a Laravel admin. Look through the live preview of the closest fit before you buy the source.

No. Nestora is the front end: three service files hold every call and each already returns a Future, so you replace the bodies with your listings API while the controllers and screens stay as they are. Lettora, Perchora and Spotora are different, as each ships with a Laravel admin and REST API in the download.
The way they already do, by bank transfer, cash or whatever was agreed. In Lettora the landlord records each payment in the Laravel admin and the rent book updates on the tenant's phone. No payment gateway is bundled, so there are no gateway fees or compliance forms to deal with before going live.
Yes. In Perchora desk positions, room names, capacities and plan sizes are edited in the included Laravel admin, and the app reads them at launch. It is built for one space rather than a marketplace of spaces, and booking a desk costs members nothing; checking in at the door is what uses a day from their plan.
From the Gate desk page in Spotora's Laravel admin. The attendant searches a plate or the six character code on the driver's live ticket, checks the car in or out, and adjusts the walk-in count per level, so there is no second app to publish. Drivers pay on site or by monthly permit, and staff record it in the admin.
